Maintenance Agreement

1. Vehicle Maintenance scheduled once a month

2.   Services includes car wash and towing

3. Unscheduled maintenance (as required "i.e. vehicle breakdown").

4. Maintenance Agreement:

• MC  shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, management, coordination and supervision required to perform maintenance functions.
  
  
• MC  shall perform corrective maintenance on vehicles and equipment that occur between scheduled services which is necessary in order to return the vehicle(s) to a safe and operating condition.
• MC  shall perform a visual and road test inspection on each vehicle prior to maintenance/repair to determine the actual requirements.
  
  
• MC ensure's that after service/repair or inspection, only the actual work required is performed to return the vehicle to a safe and operational condition.
  
  
• MC shall perform corrective actions on discrepancies discovered during inspection and on discrepancies reported by the Client, this may include but not limited to:
  
  

   

  1. Headlight and wheel alignment

  2. Tire repair/replacement

  3. Battery terminals and servicing/replacements

  4. Engine analysis

  5. Engine repair and overhaul

  6. Brake service, repair and overhaul

  7. Electrical system

  8. Coolant levels and coolant system maintenance and repair

  9. A/C services, maintenance and repair

  10.Exhaust system maintenance and repair

  11.Upholstery repair and recovering

  12.Body repair and painting

  13.Belts, hoses, windshield wiper blade repair

  14.Suspension system repair and/or replacement of shocks and ball joints

  15.Replacement of unsafe windshield, passenger/driver windows and other glass

  16.Lubricant services including engine oil,change transmission oil, change filter and cleaning and maintenance of all fluid levels.
